Further consideration is given to the question of stability of the regular motion considered, with respect to the Eulerian angles of the body and their firs derivative with respect to time. Two types of artificial bodies are considered, namely the 'elongated' body which in most cases is a homogeneous material section, and the 'compresse ' body which in most cases is a homogeneous material flat disk. It is established that in most cases the elongated and the compressed bodies behave in the opposite manner in the sense of stability of regular motion, that is, where a rod is stable a disk is unstable, and vice versa. In conclusion, consideration is given to the question of the influence of the compression of the central body on the regular motion of the celestial body which is rotating about it. (Author).
